Lodging:
To secure your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit equivalent to the cost of your first night’s stay.
Tours
If you have been requested to make a deposit for a tour package to Coiba or for any of our other custom made tours, you can use the pull-down menu and select your payment option, or if there are more than 4 tour participants please complete the value in the “Other Amount” box below…. (the tour deposit amount per person is $125).
Payment Instructions
To complete your reservation you can submit the deposit through PayPal by clicking the link at the bottom of the page. You will be forwarded to PayPal’s site where you will see HELICONIA TURISMO, S.A. at the top of the page. This is our business name in Panama, and this is how the charge will be listed on your billing statement. You may also use the PayPal link to pay by credit card, debit card, bank transfer or any existing PayPal balance you might have.
If you reside in Europe just use the contact form and ask for our dutch bank account details to transfer your deposit.
If you reside in Panama deposits can be transfered into our BAC account. Do do so please use our contact form and ask for our panamanian bank account details.
Notes
All deposits made through PayPal will be charged in US Dollars, Panama’s currency. PayPal’s exchange rates will be applied to payments made in any other currencies. Please send your deposit within 48 hours of receiving our confirmation email. If we have not received your deposit within 48 hours after our confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel your pending reservation. If you cancel your reservation up to 30 days before your arrival we offer a 50% refund of your deposit, and credit the amount back to your PayPal account or credit card. We do not offer any refund for your first night’s reservation deposit if you cancel less than 30 days before arrival.
Once your payment is completed you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal. Please print out this confirmation for your record, and present it upon your arrival at Heliconia Bed & Breakfast.
